1. Sizing Exchange Eligibility
We take pride in our precision tailoring. If a 3-piece Roman Silk suit set or 2-piece co-ord set does not fit to your exact comfort, you may request a size exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of recorded delivery.
To qualify, the garment must be in pristine, unworn, unwashed condition with original brand tags and the signature metallic atelier seal intact.
2. Reverse Pickup Service
You do not need to visit a post office or third-party courier counter. Fashion Feat arranges reverse pickup directly from the address where the order was initially delivered. Reverse pickup is typically scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of your request.
3. Refunds & Store Credits
In the event that a requested replacement size is unavailable in stock or if you prefer a refund:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card): Refund is initiated back to your original source account via Razorpay within 3 to 5 business days post atelier inspection.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is disbursed directly to your verified UPI ID or bank account via IMPS/NEFT upon receipt of account details.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece is inspected multiple times before departure. In the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photograph. We will immediately dispatch an expedited replacement with priority courier handling.
