1. Orders & Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. An order is accepted once it is confirmed. We may cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, stock issues or unserviceable pincodes, with a full refund of any amount paid.
2. Return & Size Exchange
You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery by WhatsApp (+91 79848 32183) with your Order ID. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags. We arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address, usually within 24–48 hours.
3. Refund Policy
If the replacement size is not available, or you prefer a refund:
- Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is checked.
- Cash on Delivery: refunded to your UPI ID or bank account by IMPS/NEFT once you share your details.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos, and we will send a replacement quickly.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
