1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All garments ordered through Fashion Feat are hand-finished in small artisan batches at our Mota Varachha atelier in Surat, Gujarat. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days undergo multi-point inspection and are dispatched the same evening. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the subsequent business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Durations
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai): 2 to 3 Business Days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Indore, Kochi, Surat): 3 to 4 Business Days.
- North-East, J&K, & Remote Islands: 4 to 6 Business Days.
3. Shipping Fees
Every order ships FREE across all serviceable Indian pincodes. There is no minimum order value and no courier handling fee.

5. Tamper-Proof Signature Packaging
Every order is enclosed in a protective, weather-resistant outer box with our signature tamper-evident seal. If the outer carton shows signs of damage or unsealing upon arrival, please refuse delivery and inform our atelier concierge immediately.
